nutrition therapy involves processing thoughts related to food, nutrition, eating, and weight with a registered dietitian. in your very first session, we'll take a look at your history with food, current struggles with eating behaviors, body image, and medical conditions. i'm happy to teach you all kinds of stuff regarding the science behind nutrition and metabolism but more importantly, we'll work together to set attainable goals to help you gravitate towards a better relationship with food. we can meet as often as twice per week or as little as one time per month - it all depends on how much support you need. keep in mind, nutrition therapy is completely individualized because you, my friend, are one of a kind.
