nutritional counseling involves processing all thoughts related to food, nutrition, and eating with a registered dietitian. in your very first session, we'll take a look at your history with food, current struggles with eating behaviors, body image, and medical conditions. moving forward we will work together to set realistic goals to help you move towards a better relationship with food. we can meet as often as 2 times per week or as little as one time per month- it all really depends on how much support you need. keep in mind, nutritional counseling is completely individualized- that's the beauty in meeting one-on-one with a dietitian
